About Maher Institute Inc.

Founded in 2019 in Iran under the name Maaher Talent and Intelligence Institute, and officially registered in Ontario, Canada in 2023, Maher has expanded its operations to serve as a bridge between Eastern and Western academic communities. The institute holds a valid license from the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery of Ontario and operates under Canadian publishing regulations.

Our Story

Maher began its journey with a clear mission: to make scientific knowledge accessible, reliable, and globally recognized. By combining expertise in digital publishing, academic research, and talent evaluation, Maher has evolved into a trusted platform for scholars, educators, and institutions worldwide.

Over the years, Maher has published hundreds of peer-reviewed articles, established six international journals, and built a community of over 80 distinguished professors and editors from more than 15 countries, including the United States, Canada, Malaysia, China, Iran, Pakistan, and Switzerland.

Our Role in Global Knowledge Dissemination

Maher plays a vital role in the global academic ecosystem by:

• Publishing scientific journals that adhere to international standards such as ISSN, DOI, and peer review procedures.
• Supporting open-access publishing to ensure free and equitable access to knowledge.
• Collaborating with indexing organizations including Crossref, Scopus, and Web of Science (in progress).
• Empowering authors with editorial and technical guidance throughout the publication process.

Our commitment to quality has earned Maher’s journals A-grade evaluation ratings from Iran’s Ministry of Science, Research and Technology for three consecutive years (2023–2025).

Global Presence

With offices and editorial networks across Canada, Iran, and Malaysia, Maher ensures a truly international perspective.
The central office in Newmarket, Ontario, serves as the main coordination hub for all international editorial and publishing activities.

Future Outlook

Maher’s long-term vision includes:

• Expanding the number of indexed journals in Scopus and Web of Science
• Launching open-access e-journal platforms for emerging researchers
• Strengthening partnerships with global universities and research centers
• Integrating AI-based tools for plagiarism detection and editorial efficiency
